About WIMP Foundation
WIMP Foundation is the nonprofit and community impact arm of WIMP Network.
The foundation was established to create access, opportunities, and support systems for women, students, and underserved communities pursuing careers in manufacturing, skilled trades, production, STEM, and industrial leadership.
Through workforce development initiatives, mentorship programs, scholarships, educational partnerships, leadership training, and community outreach, WIMP Foundation seeks to build sustainable pathways into high-growth industrial careers.
Our goal is not only to increase representation, but to create long-term economic empowerment, career mobility, and leadership opportunities for women within manufacturing and production industries.
We envision a future where women are equipped, supported, and empowered to thrive at every level of industry.
